Chris has been servicing the hospitality industry as a consultant and trainer since 2010. He held hospitality management roles for 15 years prior to that. He has amassed vast experience in the training and coaching of business owners and managers, in addition to senior recruitment across the F&B and accommodation sectors.
Ben Walter has over 30 years’ hospitality industry experience. Starting his career as an apprentice chef he worked his way through a varied range of hospitality establishments over his 20 years in kitchens – including as Head Chef of OscarW’s Wharfside, Echuca (1 chef’s hat) and Executive Chef at the Sebel Suites for Mirvac Hotels. His experience covers many different market levels and sized establishments, both regional and metro all over Australia.
Andrew has practiced law for over 30 years, focusing on business and commercial law. Prior to going into his own practice Andrew gained experience at several large Melbourne based law firms working for partners recognized as industry leaders in their areas of practice. This experience has provided Andrew with an invaluable set of skills, professionalism and expertise generally only found in large legal practices.
Kevin is an experienced sales and business skills trainer who utilises his extensive experience to present interactive and engaging training sessions. He has worked Australia-wide and overseas, across a variety of industries over a 30 year period, delivering training and keynote presentations for hospitality and wedding venues, corporate events and supply chain businesses.
